Q:  I forgot my username.
A:  Licensee Account - Please call us if you would like assistance. Or, you may reference your most recent payment reminder email from Royalty Services or an email from Royalty Services informing you of WebLA for further instructions on your username. Licensor Account – Please reference the email from Royalty Services informing you of WebLA or an email from Royalty Services informing you that your Settlement Statement has been posted to WebLA for further instructions on your username.

Q:  I forgot my password.
A:  For your security, we do not email or present you with your current password, but you can create a new password online by clicking Forgot Password from the Login page and answering a security question you created.

Q:  I know my password but want to change it.
A:  If you want to change your password, login, click on the User Services tab, select Change Password, and follow the instructions.

Q:  What Internet browsers are recommended for the best results when using WebLA?
A:  We recommend that you use the latest supported version of a major browser for best results. Major browsers include Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.
